Darius, don't bother, they will ask you to buy another version, personally I don't think they will refund even if you buy the correct version. Very bad customer service (and I payed 1 year support also)
The obvious mistake is not our fault. The wrong purchase is not really a good reason to get a refund. However, we always give refunds to customers, if they buy the WordPress version. We have more than 3000 customers using the HeWo theme.
I'm talking about your short answer witch emplyes an obligation, a condition. This is wrong. As i said, I payed the theme and 1 year support, this means that I was looking forward for long term collaboration. No need for you to force me in buying something. Anyway, I will pay back my client and find a new template designer.
