My problem is regarding the menu editing. When I get into the menu elements to change the settings in them, I see this error so I'm not able to edit the menus. The rest seems is working properly.
It seems that you used a component to make a 2-language website, maybe this is an error. So try temporarily disabling the 2 language function, only for English language only.
Try temporarily switching to another joomla template, I think this is not the fault of the Azure template. We have never encountered such an error. Try it with another Joomla Template to see if it works. Because may be due to Helix, or any other plugins ...
